Laura is an experience designer, focused on creating beautiful, user-centered digital, print and environmental projects and products. She believes that the best experiences are created when they are considered across multiple touch-points in a beautiful and cohesive manner.
She has spent 10 years in the field of design as a full time in-house or agency designer for notable brands both big and small. She has worked with brands like George Washington University, Apple, Associate for Government Employees, NASDAQ and more, creating web and mobile experiences that delighted and achieved goals.
She is currently freelancing and working on her creative business, Atypical Notion, where she creates with her hands across a variety of mediums, most notably her abstract paintings, which can be seen in Latela Gallery in Washington DC.
In her free time she plots her pilgrimage to California, paints in her studio, works on her 1920's row house in DC and torments her cat-dog, Kira.
